The Parent Trap is one of my favorites. About when the twins were seperated, that is answered in the movie. When Maggie finds out Sharon is actually Susan, Grandpa has to grab Grandma so they can have some alone time. He says that she hasn't seen her child since she was one year old.
ReplyDeleteI have to disagree about the slapping. The twins deserved that from Vicki. It wasn't like they were 8 years old or something. Their intent was malicious and they knew what they were doing. Not appropriate for an almost step-parent to mede out the punishment but it wasn't unfounded. It didn't seem out of tone to me. Their fight at camp was just as violent, if you will, as a slap in the face.
